Book Make Up

Terms of Make up lessons

1. For a full-term enrolment (12-13 lessons), a maximum of 2 courtesy make up lessons are available for sick leave or casual leave with completed form and supporting documents.
2. Only 1 make up lesson is available for the enrolment of 7-10 lessons.  No make up lesson is available for the enrolment of 6 lessons or less.
3. If you are unable to attend your class due to illness, you must advise us prior to your scheduled lesson. To be eligible for a make up lesson you must provide 24 hours notice of your absence and a Medical Certificate must be presented.
4. No make up lesson will be arranged if the absence is notified in less than 24 hours.
5. No make up lesson is available for sick leave without Medical Certificate.
6. Missed lesson due to illness will not be refunded.
7. Casual leave must be applied 4 weeks in advance; late application will not be processed.
8. Casual leave includes Wedding (Invitation Card), School Activity (Notice) and Holiday (Itinerary or accommodation booking).
9. All the make up lessons must be arranged within the same term of the missed lessons.  Make up lessons cannot be carried over to next term.
10. Unsuccessful arrangement of make up lessons cannot be transformed as a lesson credit.
11. Arranged make up lessons cannot be rescheduled regardless the reasons for the absence.  Fail to attend the make up lesson would be regarded as forfeited by the applicant.
12. Parents are responsible to contact Stanford Swim School office to organize make up lessons for their children.
13. Courtesy make up lesson is a service we offer subject to availability, we offer no assurance that they will be able to be booked.
